A:	Royal guarantees you will receive one of the cars from the car class you requested, or you’ll be given an upgrade to a larger vehicle at no additional charge. Sorry, we can’t guarantee a specific make, model or vehicle feature.

Q:	Can you provide me with an explanation of the additional insurance coverages Royal offers? Are these required?

A:

Royal offers customers the option to purchase coverages such as Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance and Supplemental Liability Protection. These are optional coverages offered to renters to provide a level of protection should they be involved in an accident while driving a Royal rental vehicle. Check with your insurance provider to determine if the insurance coverage on your personal automobile extends to a rental car.

Q:	Can you provide me with the cost of the insurance coverages Royal offers?

A:	The cost of the insurace available for purchase with Royal are: Collision Damage Waiver is $21.95 - $36.95 per day depending on the vehicle. Supplemental Liability Insurance is $11.95 per day. Personal Accident Insurance is $3.95 per day. Personal Effects Coverage is $3.95 per day.

Q:	How do I contact Royal when I arrive at the airport?

A:	Royal facilities are located on the airport grounds at Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, you may head directly to our rental counter.

Q:	Is there any special equipment available for rental?

A:	Royal offers child seat rentals for a fee of $8.95 per day. Child seats are required by Florida state law for all children under four years of age. Celluar phone rentals are also available for your convenience. Please call Royal at 800-314-8616 for pricing.
