Yes there are restrictions. We do not rent Convertibles, SUV's, Luxury nor Specialty vehicles to anyone under 25 years old

To rent vehicles, a valid driver’s license is required. The renter must be at least 21 years old and have a major credit card. If the renter is between 21 years of age through 24 years of age, there is an under-age fee.

Within the state of Florida, there are no travel restrictions. However, our vehicles may not travel to other states.

The person responsible for payment is expected to be the primary driver and must be present to sign the contract at the time of rental. The primary driver must also have a driver’s license and major credit card in his or her name. For these reasons, you would not be able to pay for another person’s rental with Royal.

No. Towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is not permitted under any circumstances.

Although you may use a debit card to pay for the final charges on the vehicle, you will still need a traditional credit card at the time of the rental. A major credit card that is not tied to a bank account is required to secure the transaction while the car is in the renter's possession.

Yes. Each driver must be present at the time the rental contract is signed and is required to show proof of a valid driver’s license. There is an additional fee of $4.95 per day for each additional driver.

We require that our rental vehicles be returned during normal business hours.

All rented vehicles must be returned to Royal with a full tank of gasoline, or the customer will be charged a refueling fee.

Mileage limits are generously set to accommodate the needs of most renters and to keep the cost of renting lower for those drivers who do not exceed the daily limit.
